Well, it’s finally here. Even when I was on campus last week, preparing for the Orientation on Tuesday, it was hard to believe that classes would be starting again this Thursday.
The next couple weeks will be busy, but I am so looking forward to them!
Tuesday and Wednesday are New Student Orientation. Thursday are the first day of classes—but my first class as part of my Human Resource Management Post-graduate Certificate program, won’t be until Friday. Even this close to classes starting, I’m still not totally prepared…
I still have some back-to-school shopping left to do! While I have my notebooks and pens, I still need to get a pencil case. Plus, I have to get my textbooks; I started waiting to see my syllabus before buying my textbooks at some point during my undergrad, and it is a habit I am comfortable continuing.
Next week will be the first full week of classes—and also the week of the clubs’ fair, and the Born Ruffians concert! If you want more information about these events, you’ll see some more posts about them this week and next.
During the second full week of classes, the TDSA will be running a campaign on campus. More details will be coming soon!
And one of the most important dates that you should note: Intermurals start on September 26!!
We on the Student Life Blog team will try to keep you up-to-date with events and activities on campus, as well as sharing our experiences. If you are interested in being part of the Blog team, contact us!
